About Highland
A family business, in every sense of the word.
Turn your dreams into a lifestyle.
We have earned a 5 star reputation by building relationships with our clients first. Understanding who you are is the basis for enhancing your design and your dreams for the property.
As 2nd and 3rd generation landscapers, working with the land is in our DNA.
Our mission
Old fashioned service, with integrity, professionalism and family pride in a job well done.
Family first
Every project is handled the way we would handle our own home, by people with a name and a stake in the result.
Relationships, then design
We listen first. Knowing you and how you live is how a good design becomes the right one.
The latest, done properly
Current technology and products, in the hands of a dedicated, well cared for crew.
Our story
From a Bracero grandfather to a company of our own.
Generations ago
Our grandfather, Antonio, came as a Bracero. Working with the land has been ours ever since.
Late 1980s
Jose arrives in Sonoma. His very first job is with Highland Landscaping.
2014
Hard work and great good fortune: Juan buys the very same company our dad first worked for.
Today
Brothers Francisco and Leo joined, each with their own certifications and specialties. Alondra has managed every account from the start.
